IEC61970Dependencies diagram not right for new Base and Dynamics
The diagram shows Base packages but says all 61970 packages are shown. This ignores the new Dynamics package. (From WG13 modeling meeting.)
Proposed Solution
Create either two diagrams and put them in the right packages with the right names or show Dynamics dependencies. Probably best to have three diagrams, one in Base, one in Dynamics, and one high level at IEC61970 that shows Dynamics depends on Base.
