Specification of equipment for network analysis
It is common for systems to model equipment for SCADA purposes but desire to skip the equipment for use in network analysis.
Proposed Solution
Add an attribute such as "forNetwork" or "forEnergyManagementSystem" to indicate the equipment is to be utilized in the network analysis.
