Description

ENTSO-E 4 - MAS in SV header
The MAS indicated in the SV profile header needs to be clarified when SV file contains merged model. For ENTSO-E IOP the following was agreed - Required if the SV covers only one MAS and empty if SV covers more than one MAS.

Proposed Solution

Discuss further to clarify if we re using merged model and MAS correctly.

Decision

This was clarified in a different direction. All changes are included in 456 and 600. The MAS for SV of a merged model is the MAS of the one that produces the solution.
