Move IndentifiedObject-ModelAuthority association
For a successful sharing of classes it is important to model the bare minimum information that is sharable among all models. This means putting associations and attibutes as far down in the inheritance hierarchy as possible.
Hence association IndentifiedObject-ModelAuthority shall be moved to PowerSystemResource-ModelAuthority.
