Description

There are no 'type' information in reverseDifferences and reverseDifference segments. That means, in order to, consume this CIM/XML segment, one has to search the whole base model for the instance solely based on rdf:ID for each UPDATE, apparently, not acceptible for large models like ERCOT's, which contains millions of instances.

Proposed Solution

A simple solution is to add type information in the UPDATE segment

<rdf:type rdf:resource="http://iec.ch/TC57/2003/CIM-schema-cim10#Terminal"/>
<cim:Terminal.ConnectivityNode rdf:resource="#_612FA147902C4F88BE3F0302B3750B18"/>
</rdf:Description>
