Actual status of state solution
Reuse of ActivityRecord from 61968 for the actual status (not model status) of a ShuntCompensator or other equipment. Related to "state" issue.

Proposed Solution

Is it realistic to move ActivityRecord to shared package? Must be part of general state solution discussion.

Decision

We will visit state discussion first. 4/16/2008. Resolved as proposed state exchange based on class StateVariable as LOO document describes.
