Remove reference to concrete unit in doc.

Proposed Solution

Modify doc in class SteamSendoutSchedule to avoid referencing units.

Note: Doc says "steam sendout schedule in klb/hour". If you have accepted to create SteamRating (stands for kg/h), in class doc, replace "schedule in klb/hour" with "rate".
