Remove reference to concrete unit in name.

Proposed Solution

Doc in attribute HydroTurbine.speedRating says "Rated speed in revolutions per minute.", while the type RotationSpeed is s-1.

Adjust the comment to avoid referring to units. Pay attention to preserve the semantics.
