AnalogValues shall be maintained if present
At IOP 10 some systems dropped present AnalogValues at export. Information necessary for State Estimation is then lost. Hence it shall be stated that drop of present AnalogValues is not allowed. It might be considered if this rule shall be extended to cover more classes as well.
Proposed Solution
Add writing to the 61970-452 on this. Add comment that State Estimation is coverd by 61970-452 as well.
Decision
2009-03-10: KLH - 452 has been updated previously to refer to State Estimation. AnalogValue is included in 452, so dropping instances at export is not allowed as is the case for all classes specified. Close.
