Attribute 'unit' has an initial value, which is constant. Current model shows it the same way as the variable part, i..e, 'value' attribute (specific to an instance).
Proposed Solution
Make string attributes with initial value (e.g., 'units')
static (i.e., const class variables), since the value is
constant and the same for every instance.
