Description

a) The class name starts with a number
b) The attributes have no type, so when CIMXML generated, the 'date' and 'version' RDF Properties are with empty fragment 'dataType'

Proposed Solution

a) Rename the class to IEC61970Version.
b) Make both 'data' and version' attributes static (in Rose, should appear undelined) and surround values in "".
