WG13: Ed will provide way to model frequency converter with existing CIM classes. 9/14/2004: Agree to include frequency converter model as proposed by Yoshio and to add attributes to rectifier inverter as proposed by Walt Stadlin in July 6, 2004 email (see minutes for Edinburgh meeting).
