Description

ACLineSegment needs reference to BaseVoltage. At the moment, it contains reference MemberOfEquipmentContainer. This showed up in the Duke model import as exported by Siemens.

Proposed Solution

The CPSM profile in Section 3.4.1 ACLineSegment (10 Apr 01) should require BaseVoltage (inherited by Conducting Equipment) and not MemberOf_EquipmentContainer.

Decision

6/22/2004. Resolved by correcting NERC profile. Not a CIM issue. No change. (Also see issue 132)
