The use of the EnergyConsumer attributes pfixedPct and pnomPct is unclear.
Proposed Solution
Investigate if one of them can be removed.
Decision
WG13: No change now. pfixedPct to be used for Interop test. No clear use of pnom. Need history of model. Terry - Action: look up history from Macro documents. 6/22/04: Terry to circulate request to remove pnom, pnompct, qnom, qnompct. Forget history.9/14/2004: Resend to WG14.
WG 13: Need to consider this as part of the larger load modeling issues.
