Description

Attributes "description" and "name" in class "naming", and attributes "slvlDesignation" and "mlvlDesignation" in class "PowerSystemResource" are of type "String" without a specified maximum length.

Proposed Solution

For better consistency, define a primitive as data type for those attributes, as in all other such cases in CIM.

Decision

WG13: Agree to be consistent. Clarify definitions: name is to handle legacy naming conventions. slvlDesignation is name assigned that is unique only within the single level.

Agree tnat name in Naming is renamed to aliasName. Move slvlDesignation and mlvlDesignation from PSR to Naming. Rename slvlDesignation to name and mlvlDesignation to pathName. typeName is only attribute retained in PSR.
