Description

1. DateTime needs to be defined.
2. XaxisType, XaxisUnits have an attribute called absoluteTime with no datatype defined
3. FossilSteamSupply.controlTC has type Float but description of Seconds.
4. PWRSteamSupply has time constants in PU
5. IntervalTime, Seconds and Hours all describing different time implementations

Decision

WG13: Hans will investigate ISO definition. Kurt will investigate requirements in CIM for different time data types. Proposal for review by 2/28. 3/7: WG13: 1.) Decision to change DateTime to AbsoluteDate where ever it is used. Use ISO 8601 definition for AbsoluteTime. 2.) TLS: These are Enumerations and need no type - no change. 3.) TLS: Description says "Time Constant", so Float does not seem inconsistent - no change. 4.) TLS: Need explanation of why this is a problem - no change. 5.) WG13: IntervalTime changed to Seconds. Hours OK as is.
