Description

Description PhaseTapChanger xMin
and xMax on PhaseTapChangerNonLinear. IOP suggest to modify descriptions. They should be maximum and minimum reactance, instead of reactance at maximum and minimum step; the reactances are calculated for all taps, but what is exchanged are the min and max values. This allows to recalculate. xMin should be in the min and the xMax on the lower and higher taps. The documentation should be fixed.

Proposed Solution

Proposed text xMin:
The reactance depend on the tap position according to a "u" shaped curve. The minimum reactance appear at the mid tap position.

Proposed text xMax:
The reactance depend on the tap position according to a "u" shaped curve. The maximum reactance (xMax) appear at the low and high tap positions.
