Description

Power flow signconvention still unclear
Suggested to add below text to SvPowerFlow
"positive sign means flow out from a node into the conducting equipment"

Proposed Solution

Update the descriptions as follows
- SvInjection.pNetInjection: The active power injected into the bus at this location. Positive sign means injection into the TopologicalNode (bus).
- SvInjection.qNetInjection: The reactive power injected into the bus at this location. Positive sign means injection into the TopologicalNode (bus).
- SvPowerFlow.p: The active power flow. Load sign convention is used, i.e. positive sign means flow out from a TopologicalNode (bus) into the conducting equipment.
- SvPowerFlow.q: The reactive power flow. Load sign convention is used, i.e. positive sign means flow out from a TopologicalNode (bus) into the conducting equipment.

Decision

Implement as suggested.
