Class AttributeBlockParameter uses reflection
The class AttributeBlockParameter uses reflection into the CIM model for one if its attributes. This was marked as stereotype <<ToBeDiscussed>> and that stereotype removed and this issue added.
Proposed Solution
Suggest accepting this use of "reflection". It may have other implications so decision of discussion should be documented.

2012-11-07 WG 13 - This class has been removed from the model since this issue was written. Agreed to close.
