Description
SpillwayGateType, SurgeTankCode, and PenstockType are empty enumerations. Need to add enumeration values or delete these and all linked attributes. Note this was part of issue 166 in 2004 which was closed but no fix applied.
Proposed Solution
Determine and add enumeration values.
Decision
Remove enumerations and put String class from Domain at the attributes.
