SynchronousMachine attributes r and x are outdated
SynchronousMachine.r and SynchronousMachine.x are present in the UML and in the profiles, but these attributes are not needed anymore. The reason is that additional attributes were added to complete the model of SynchronousMachine in respoect to short circuit and dynamics data exchanges.
(From Christoph Schmid) Synchronousmachine.r has been replaced by Synchronousmachine.equivalentResistance for the SHC calculation. For Dynamics Synchronousmachine.r has been replaced by RotatingMachine.statorResistance. (Chavdar please check in the ENTSO-E profile as I could not find this attribute in the html as attribute. It is only mentioned in the text). The attribute Synchronousmachine.x was required for Dynamics only and has been replaced by SynchronousMachineTimeConstantReactance.xDirectSync and SynchronousMachineTimeConstantReactance.xQuadSync

Proposed Solution

Remove attributes SynchronousMachine.r and x from 452 or from CIM UML.

Decision

(2012-08-22) Decided to check with Chavdar and remove attributes from CIM UML if not used by ENTSO-E.

(2012-09-05) WG 13 - Agreed to keep SynchronousMachine.r and to update the description with the text from SynchronousMachine.equivalentResistance, which will be removed. SynchronousMachine.x will also be removed.
