ENTSO-E 17 SvShortCircuit is not useful
The class should be reconsidered. It is suggested to be deleted. It does not contain input data, only results, but it is unclear for which short-circuit settings the result values are given (single phase, 3-phase, etc.; max or min currents; short-circuit location, etc.).

Proposed Solution

This might warrant WG14 discussion also.
