ENTSO-E 16 DiagramObject rotation
The documentation of the DiagramObject.rotation should specify the meaning of zero degrees and the rotation direction (clockwise/counter clockwise)

Decision

2012-02-10: Nuremberg - Agreed to add text to description of DiagramObject.rotation to specify that zero degrees is pointing to the top of the diagram and rotation is always clockwise.
