Add LineTrap class as AuxilliaryEquipment
Need to represent a communications filter as might exist on a an AC line. Note this was duplicate of issue 13_97.
Proposed Solution
Add new class called LineTrap as a specialization of AuxilliaryEquipment. IEC 62488-1standard addresses communications filters.
Decision
Agree to add. Possibly a different name is better, but no suggestions so far. Statnett suggested to use WaveTrap and expressed agreement that Siemens also liked this name. Our WG 13 discussion on 2011-12-14 came to this same conclusion, so modified name to WaveTrap.
