Description

the primitive type for AbsoluteDateTime and AbsoluteDate cannot be string if we follow ISO 11404 definition for primitivetypes.

Proposed Solution

make a new primitive timepoint, that will be the type for AbsoluteDateTime and AbsoluteDate
