The CPSM ICCP exchange impacted by new Name Model
The new Name class model and loss of "pathName" has impacts on how CPSM exchanged ICCP information.
Issue 351 is the more general issue here. This is just noting we broke the capability to use the existing profile with the Name class changes.
Proposed Solution
Modify the IEC61970-452 documenation to describe how the ICCP data is exchanged using "alias" name or the new Name classes.
Decision
Kurt has done the documenation update and seems like acceptable solution for CIM15.
