Description

CurveStyle Enumerations Documentation - We need description of the meaning of CurveStyle enumerations.?? Documenation is missing and it is not completely clear how straight line and ramp might differ.?? Every enum should have a non-blank description.?? If the enum name is the same as the semantic description, then formally declare that by copying the enum name to the semantic description, otherwise we do not know the difference between incompleteness and what may be obvious to some.

Proposed Solution

Kurt Hunter to investigate. Intend to correct for 61970cim16.release.

Decision

Response from Kurt 11/9/11:
As far as I can tell we've only ever used straightLineYValue and constantYValue in data exchanges. I didn't find anything that gave any explanation of the original meaning of rampYValue and formula. I found an old planning to planning exchange profile that only specified straightLineYValue and constantYValue as valid values for CurveStyle for that exchange.

My recommendation would be to remove the two enumerations that we aren't using.
