Dynamics package to be informative
The quality of Dynamics package is in question and there will likely be significant clean up in 2011 from EPRI work in this area.

Proposed Solution

Move Dynamics package to informative by renaming to InfDynamics and moving under the InfIEC61970 package. Remove the <<WorkInProgress>> stereotype as it is now not needed to indicate package status. Also remove the package from IEC61970Dependencies diagram.

Decision

(WG13 call 2011-06-29)
Decide to make this move to informative based on present status, outstanding issues, and likelyhood of upcoming changes. WG13 is still committed to working on this package and support it for ENTSO-E or others with the recognition that it is not yet standards quality and needs ongoing work and is planned for official standard in IEC61970cim16
