Description

Class TransformerStarImpedance duplicates attributes on PowerTransformerEnd.
The r, x, and possibly other impedance variables are duplicated. The documenation of TransformerStarImpedance also seems incorrect in that it implies TransformerTank is needed for 4 or more "windings".

Proposed Solution

Suggest deleting the TransformerStar impedance since we already have the attributes on PowerTransformerEnd. Also review the documentation of PowerTransformer and any other documenation that describes the TransformerStarImpedance.
