Description

Class TopologicalIsland not diagramed in containing package.
The class TopologicalNode is not diagramed in the package in which it is contained. This class was moved from Topology package to the StateVariables package in conjunction with adding TopologicalIsland to the state variables provile in 61970-456 profile. This package move was not needed in the UML and introduces confusion and complication since most naturally the TopoogicalIsland relates to other topology related classes in the information model. The fact that we exchange this class in a profile should not demand it moves to a package with other classes in that same profile.

Proposed Solution

Move class back to the Topology package where it is already in a diagram showing all of its relationships.

Decision

(2011-06-01 WG13 issues call) Move back to TopologyPackage. This is believed to not impact profiles.
