Move of Topology classes to fit 61970-456 profiles
The ConnectivityNode is managed with the detailed station topology together with ConnectivityNodeContainer and Terminal in the Core package. Similarily ToplogicalIsland is the result of power flow calcualtions together with other solution variables.
