The issue will require a change of the official
UML.

Proposed Solution

To apply Industry Standard, positive for
Load; negative for Generation

Decision

For SvInjection refer to 13_7.
For SvPowerFlow the load convention is followed, i.e. positive sign means flow out from the TopologicalNode. Updated as proposed.
